Since beginning my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 25, I have spent the past decade building expertise across hospitality operations, restaurant management, private hosting, curated events and team leadership, notably through the development of Toulouse’s first artistic tea room and boutique concept, where I recruited and led a team of 12 in a highly competitive market.

My approach combines hospitality standards, guest care, service management and team leadership with a strong focus on atmosphere, emotional memory and attention to detail.

Through food experience, art, design and community engagement,
